Update Work schedule assignment when Work Schedule is changed

Need to have the Work Schedule Assignment record update when the Work Schedule on the manage employment is entered or changed

We have a need to have the Work Schedule Assignment record updated whenever the Work Schedule is entered or updated on the Manage Employment screen, without having to double-input on both screens.  Has anyone had a need to do this or know of an easy way to make this happen?
