Transcript Widget - sort ability?

We're just starting to implement widgets, and I see that the only sort ability for Transcript widgets is by date completed (oldest to newest or vice versa) ? Is there any way to sort by course name, like in the training history DO ? Am i missing something? 

I see that the history can be exported to Excel, but that's not going to help our tablet users. Do we just need to instruct them to use the filter to find the course they're looking for? What if they have a hard time spelling, or get confused with the course number (which for us is part of the course name)?
