SCORM Course content loaded to Learning cloud with content type as 'unknown'

Content

The SCORM course is loaded to Learning cloud as content type 'unknown'. The status of the content is 'Processing Failed'. What could be the reason for it? But when I load the file it shows uploading status as 100% .
