Can we have requisitions auto-post to external sites?

Hi,

We recently acquired TALEO and are in the process of going through a number of design sessions to configure the new system. One thing that came up was the ability to auto-post requisitions to external sites. We have a business process where we post all jobs internally for 3 days, before posting them as external. We follow this same business process for all requisitions, so we're wondering if there is any way to automate this process?  Our understanding is that in TALEO the process of moving a req from internal to external is a manual process. Has anyone else's organization run
