Is there any current means to secure the following / support from others for this to be developed for a future release:

 

When our line managers initiate a change of pay or request a one-off payment they are required to upload a business case or other supporting documents to inform the approving managers in making their decisions. We are looking to use the capability in the workflows we have set up for these transactions to carry these documents to the approvers but would like these supporting documents to be automatically retained against the employee record in the document store for future audit reference.  We would want the documents to be associated with the transaction by the document name e.g. {Start Date}{Plan}{Option} or
