I have received some questions from some of our teammates about Learning Plan Past Due messages they are receiving and wondering if anyone else has had the same experience. Currently, our Learning Plans have a message to go out when it is Past Due starting at 1 day, 7, 14, and 21 days past due. We have a teammate who completed all of their training in their learning plan prior to their due date and it was marked as completed. This week I added a new course to their learning plan and set a due date at the course level
