R12 Address auto-populate issue

R12 when we enter a zipcode a box pops up quickly then disappears and we cant select the correct city/county combinationContent
We recently upgraded to R12. When we enter the zipcode for the employee a box pops up quickly with 2 or 3 choices then disappears and the system autopopulates the city/county which is generally incorrect. We have had to enter incorrect addresses then go back and edit/correct to get the correct address. Anyone else experiencing this issue? We are using Chrome.
