Manager Delegates to Matrix manager

Hi,

My requirement is to restrict the "Delegate To" LOV to line managers from About Me > My Account  > Roles and Approvals Delegated to Others

At present, Line Manager is able to select any employee from the field "Delegate To" LOV. 

Manager should be able to delegate the approval access to Dotted (Matrix)/In-Country manager to carry out transactions on their behalf (in their absence).  Regarding Manager Delegation ( navigation – About Me > My Account  ) they should be able to select from the list of only Managers (should not showcase employees in the list)
