Hi CC Community,

We are trying to get Talent Profile data from OTBI.

More specifically we are trying to get Talent Profile data for ex-employees - to be able to analyze the quality of talent that have left our company [#OBJECTIVE].

The data we are trying to get is primarily found in the "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time" subject area.

STEP1:
We guessed that the aforementioned subject area only returns person profile data for currently active employees - so our first step in developing this report was to get person profile data for existing employees in this subject area.
