I wanted to get inputs on how others are using apply via email in Oracle Recruit.

Specifically I want to find out if:

> Is it possible to create an actual application (marked as an application to the requisition)? or will it just have the employee send their resume to an email box?

> Is the apply via email button URL redirect customizable per requistion or will it go to a common box?

> Is it possible to have apply and apply via email activated?  (Not sure if we want to use this though as the process will branch out leading to different ways of managing the process).
