We are working Involuntary Deduction Cards inbound interface, we are using Transformation fast formula and PBL to achieve it. 

However, we are facing issue in scenario when we try to load Involuntary deductions in past date. 

Eg: 
First Lien was loaded on 01-May-2017 and Calc Card created on same date. 

When trying to load second Lien on 01-March-2017, we are getting below error 

"Involuntary Deduction card already exists on a future date" 

However when we try to create manually in application on same date (01-March-2017), we are able to created successfully.
