Oracle HCM Search not consistent

Observed that search works differently in different pages in Oracle HCM

Hi All, 

The search in Oracle HCM is not consistent across pages. For example 1) Person Management search is not case sensitive and also searches ignore accented characters( example Name is stored in Capital letters, person can searched using small charaters. Name has accented characters, person can be searched using without accented characters, persons in particular location having accented characters can be searched without accented characters using keyword search 2) Manage employment page > location cannot be searched without accented characters(need to provide accented character for location to show up 3) Manager search > name is case senstive search, if name format is
