Cannot access Removed users

Is anyone experiencing an issue with viewing Removed users via the Control Panel? I noticed yesterday that we're receiving an error message when a search is performed. The error message appears regardless of the filter or operator type. I submitted a SR today. 

"Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: i"
