Hi, I am trying to build an OTBI report on work schedules in R12, it is my understanding with R12 this functionality was made available.  I have tried using:

Workforce Management - Planned Schedules Real Time

Workforce Management - Published Schedules Real Time

However both folders above just return blank cells.  Can someone please advise what the correct subject area is to use to be able to report on work schedules,  Alternatively if one of the two above is correct is their a background process which needs to be ran in order to populate these tables??
