Removed block from a job specific application flow still appearing in internal career section

Hi All ,

        I removed a block from a job specific application flow that was attached to a internal career section . Now after activating the career section , i still see the block available in the career section when i apply for a job . I tried various things like clearing cache,cookies,different browsers etc., but nothing helps 

Did anyone of you experience a similar issue and let me know any steps that may resolve this issue .
