Nov 2017 patch bundle - unable to perform Intra-Company transfers in the transfer has the person moving between countries.

We had the Nov 2017 patch bundle applied to our Test environment on Nov 3rd.  Have discovered that we can no longer transfer workers between legal employers if they are in different countries.

Example: 

  • Transfer from legal employer in California to legal employer in Washington - works with no issues.
  • Transfer from legal employer in France to legal employer in USA - cannot perform action due to error messages on the home address.  Error message is attached.

Patch bundle has introduced a bug so that the system think the transfer is causing the worker to have multiple home addresses.
