Disqualifications Questions not showing in Candidate Profile

Only 2 of our 6 DQ questions are showing in the candidate's profile

I am testing disqualification questions as part of our application. When I apply as a candidate I am prompted to answer 6 DQ questions (as expected). However, when I go in to Taleo Recruiting to view the Questionnaire it only shows me two of the DQ questions and their answers. Does anyone know what might be keeping the other questions from being visible by the recruiter in the profile?
