We currently have HCM Absences/PTO configured where employees submit a PTO request email notification. Three emails are currently sent once the absence is auto-approved by a Line Manager supervisory rule.
1) The employee receives an FYI email of the absence request.
2) The employee receives a Completed email of the absence request.
3) The Line Manager receives an FYI email of the absence request.
How does the Line Manager receive the Completed email? I have tested the notifications within the AbsencesApprovalsTask in BPM Worklist by setting up the "Complete" email for Assignees, but this only sends a Completed email notification to the Requestor/Initiator. Thoughts on how to get a Completed email notification sent to the Line Manager?
