Employee Details section of notifications

Is there a way to keep the details in the "Employee Details" section of an approved notificaiton?

While a task is going through the approval flow you can see the Employee Details data in the notification and in the email.  However, once the task is approved the details in that section are no longer available.  We would like to use more FYI steps in our approvals but the employee details which show what happened with that task are gone so it gives no information to the person who receives it.

Does anyone know how to keep those details within the email or notification after the task is approved?
