Restated: How can we give more than one person the access granted to an employee listed in the Manager Name field on an employee’s record?

Background:

We have recently flattened our organizational structure as shown on the attached. Before the change the AGM was able to act in the capacity of (perform the same tasks as and see all the same people as) the GM, giving the AGM position the ability to directly support the GM position.
