We are investigating Dynamic Approval Routing in Taleo for Requisition Approval. Currently, the Hiring manager who creates the Requisition manually selects the approval path, but the hiring manager doesn't always get the approval routing correct and therefore the requisitions may not be properly approved. Also, our hierarchy isn't straight forward and we would need to implement six different approval paths. For those of you who use DAR, did you set this up yourself, or did you hire consultants to help? If so, which consultants? Do you have any "lessons learned" that you would like to share?
