Manage Audit Policies -> AUDIT_CHANGE_BIT_MAP_

Helo,

I have activate the audit of assignment object :

Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > All Tasks > Name : Manage Audit Policies> Search > Go To task > Audit Level : Auditing > Configure Business Object Attribute > Application : HCM Core Processes 

it's working well, now I can find the results on the from PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M_ table.

Is someone can explain me how work AUDIT_CHANGE_BIT_MAP_ field, and how to get the old value vs the new value?
