About half of our test group did not have audio when one specific course launched automatically in IE. If they tried launching it in Chrome, they did have audio. Some were using headphones, some not. The problem seemed to be that the course defaulted to a certain audio setting that had to be disabled in order for the audio to play.  It appears that the course selects the built-in speakers regardless of other settings. All other sounds are playing through the desired device. It is apparently due to a flash setting that was supposedly fixed with the most recent flash player.
