Can the Fusion/Taleo OOTB integratin for employees be configured?

We are using the Fusion/Taleo OOTB integration for employees (Export All Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data).  I was asked if there is a way to configure the integration to only send over some of the fields that are normally sent.  I realize that by definition out-of-the-box means it works as is, but I have a co-worker that insists that it can be "configured".  I am fairly new to working with these integrations so I wanted to reach out to some of you who are more experienced with this integration to get your thoughts.
