How to record the results of an Observed skill in Learn.com, and can;t be recorded by the employee.

Our lift truck policy requires that an employee’s knowledge and skills be evaluated to determine that the employee is competent to operate the lift truck safely.  We have courses in our Learn.com LMS that cover the knowledge portion of this requirement, but we do not have anything in Learn.com to document the skills portion of these requirements.  Skills are evaluated by observation of the lift truck operator’s performance in the workplace, and this is documented on a form that is not in Learn.com.
