Third Party Heartcode Content via SCORM package – name field issue

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has solved it.  We have our Life Support Heartcode education via a SCORM package with American Heart Association.  We tested on our end and everything worked as designed. The vendor is now telling us that when the user data is passed via SCORM to their system the first name, last name and username is being compressed in one field and they want me to fix it as it is causing problems on their end.  I opened an SR with Oracle but have yet to hear back.  Is this a
