Merge Fill Form Question

Trying to create a fill form that will print info from a specific req and pull in all work experience together

Does anyone have any idea if it's possible to create a merge fill form with the prescreening questions from ONE specific requisition, but include ALL work experience from ALL requisitions the applicant has applied to on one single fill form?

Here's the scenario:  We have applicants that have applied to multiple requisitions and they may have some additional work experience on these requisitions.  When we go to print the application on a requisition, we would like to print not only the questions, but the entire work experience that applicant has, including the experience from ALL requisitions they've applied for, not just the req we have selected to look at the prescreening questions.  Is there a way to pull in ALL work experience, or only that which was listed with that particular requisition?
