We are looking at making the External and Internal job Description non mandatory. While the field settings have been changes and the availability updated, the recruiter is yet prompted to enter either Internal or External description before he/she can proceed to save.

The intent is to provide flexibility to the team of recruiters, where one could allocate the requisition to the other and only the Recruiter responsible would update the details.
