Hi Everyone,
If we have 4 BUs BU1 and BU2 are separate line of businesses but BU3 is the shared services for all of them (HR, global finance, procurement and IT)
For example, when BU3 buys on behalf of BU1,
1) will everyone in BU2 have the capability to approve BU1 expenses?
2) can we put each shared service into a different BU that can cross charge to the BUs?
3) can we limit so that BU3 personnel can only approve BU1 expenses and nothing else?
4) Same would apply to the shared services and limit them to only their respective areas?
