Review / Approve Process for SOP documents

Need a way to for users to review a document, allow them to comment, upload revised document, and signoff.

Does anyone use the learncenter to send regulated documents like SOPs, to be reviewed and signed off before they can be assigned to users? Currently we do the review process of a new SOP in another system that enables reviewers to comment and suggest edits. Once the document has been revised, approved, & signed off by three document owners, we import that document into Learn to be assigned. Is there a way we can do the approvals in Learn too?
