Open Sesame and course completions

For those who have started using Open Sesame as a content vendor ... any issues with course completions? We've been with them for a few months and I'm finding that our users are struggling with getting completions to register. I've reached out to their support and they have indicated that clicking the "Next" arrow within the LearnCenter Course Player is required. I've tried to test by enabling the navigation bar but my experience continues to be the same.
