We need to change the default post enrollment status for all new Enrollments

Has anyone else set the Default Post Enrollment Status in LearnCenter? Is it a registry key setting or is it in the configuration settings that are accessible through the Control Panel?   

We know how to set post-status for new and existing enrollments using bulk upload. We know how to set post-status for new enrollments using the Control Panel interface. We know how to edit existing enrollments using the Control Panel too.

What we are looking for now is the setting for the default post enrollment status when a new enrollment is created using the Control Panel. Our is currently set to "Completed" by default and this has not worked out for us.
