Hello,

 

I have created a user-defined field (Type = Selection) that I am using in an UDF. It is a Job Type field with "Full-Time", "Part-Time" and "Per-Diem" as the options/elements. I have set "Full-Time" as default option. I would like this Job Type field to be a drop-down list in the UDF with "Full-Time" auto-populated when a new requisition is created.

 

However, I am unable to achieve this, although I have defined  "Full-Time" as default when I have defined the field.
