Offices requesting training

Hello all,

We wanted to know if there is a way someone can use Learn to send a request. For instance, we have offices all over the country and if an office in Michigan needs a specific training is there a way they can send a request for what they need using Learn. Also, we would want a notification sent to us letting us know of the request. At first we thought maybe using the assessment/survey option but there are no messages  for those..... Any ides???
