First Line Manager and Terminations
Summary
Only first line manager can terminate a direct reportContent
Currently, we have our termination rules set up so that only the first line manager can terminate his/her direct employee. We would like for any manager in the direct line manager's management hierarchy to be able to terminate a first line manager's direct report. For example, if an employee needs to be terminate and the first line (direct manager) is not available, we would like the first line manager's manager to be able to terminate the employee. Here is the rule as it is today:
((Worker's Proposed Work Relationship.Termination Type == "VOLUNTARY") AND (Worker's Proposed Work Relationship.Rehire Recommendation != "N") AND (Worker's Current Assignment Supervisor.Person Number == Requestor's Assignment.Person Number))
