Approval for creating business unit is not working

Hi all,

I have configured the approval rule for create business unit & Create Department by following steps:

Navigation: Setup and maintenance >> Manage Approval transactions >> Create Organization

I have configured the single rule for both business unit and department transaction.

 

NOTE:

i) If HR Operation Job Role initiates “Create Department”, then the approval is going as per the configuration.

ii) But If HR Operation Job Role initiates “Create Business Unit”, then it is getting auto approved.

 

How to solve this issue??
