Disqualification Questins being activated, want to remove pre-screening questions

We want to activate DQ however we have some open requisitions that already have the same questions in the pre-screening questions. When I activate the DQ it adds them to all requisitions, so the questions appear twice on the requisitions that are currently open. If I remove the pre-screening questions from the requisition the we lose the responses from the candidates that already applied. All of our pre-screening questions were originally set up as job-specific and aren't in the profile either.

 

Is there an easy way to retain that information?
