Containership/Completion Criteria - Structured Content

Courses in Learn are the lowest level unit to store eLearning SCORM/AICC content that can collect a completion (if we are walking a hierarchy of all content). It can gather completion information in the form or score, status, and time and date stamp. It cannot be directly assigned in Learn by Managers (perhaps a fundamental flaw, perhaps a blessing - really dependent on how you look at it) to people. For now lets call these structured content
