Integration between TEE and Handshake/Symplicity?

We have a robust campus recruiting program in the US and most of the Universities that we work with require students to apply via their own career center portal - typically Handshake or Symplicity. Neither of those vendors has a direct integration with Taleo which means that students then have to submit another application directly to us via Taleo.

Does anyone else have this same issue / any suggestions for vendors that 'bridge the gap' between these systems? I'd love to hear what other work arounds may exist.
