BPM task summary notification

Facility to provided a schedulled email to users to notify them that tasks exist

Content

Rather than sending individual emails for every authorisation task we would like to provide a user definable schedulled email to inform that tasks exist and provide a link to the BPM.

This was available in previous systems and the change would be difficult to manage.

Note that we will not be using the approve from email function due to security concerns so not having that is not an issue.
