How to set Learning Assignment Rules

Hi all,

our customer wants to assign the courses to learners dinamycally through assignment rules.

 

E.g. Assign the Offering "Communication" to learner with "job X" and "department Y"

I find that through Learning Initiatives is possible to set ongoing assignments without enddate.

 

There are only two options available to set dinamycally rules:

- add Learners search and selecting Analysis

- add Learners searching and selecting Organization Chart Group

 

I should understand:

1. How to set Organization Chart Group
2. How to use an Analysis to assign dinamically the offering to learners with these specific attributes ("job X" and "department Y")
