Zip Codes Being Removed From Person Address.

Our organization is having an issue where zip codes are being removed from the workers home address. This is impacting a handful of associates per week.

Our organization is having an issue where zip codes are being removed from the workers home address. The address will have an update with a new row, and said updated address will have the zip code missing. The work around for this is to update the address again for the next day following the previous address with the missing zip code. The zip code then appears. We have our system configured to a payroll license, so it should not allow an address to be added without a zip code.
