OTBI Analysis- Column Properties

I have created an OTBI analysis based on Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time subject area.

Requirement is to review employee goal and competencies ratings item wise. Issue is competency items are showing after the goals in different rows. 

Is there a way to showing both goals and competency results same rows in different columns ? I have attached screen shots.
