Hi all - checking in to see if any of you currently have a report that reports on the effectiveness of employee self service or manager self service?  We are just starting to think of this so not 100% certain where to go, but if anyone has already started this path, I would love some insight.  Thinking maybe something about who is entering the transaction (employee, manager, other)?  Thank you!
