We use Export All Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data to update employee data (recruiting profile) in Taleo.  We were told by our implementer that there is only one field available on the Taleo side that simply says email.  I have attached what our implementer gave us that shows the OOTB fields available.   The email is marked as primary is the email that is sent over to Taleo.   We (our team) thought this was strange because we know that Taleo has several different email fields on the recruiting profile and in smart org.  We would like to populate those email addresses appropriately but our implementer told
