View Internal Description when posting a requisition

Ability to view/edit the internal job description on a per requisition basis

I'd like to be able to view and/or edit the internal job description on a case-by-case basis without having to update the master template. I have the ability to review/edit the external description but not the internal description for a single requisitions. Can someone provide directions on how to enable that? Thanks!
