Page breaks in Payroll Activity Report

Hello, 

It would be really nice if the payroll activity report could page break between person.  I think it would make it a bit easier to read/follow.  I'm a bit new to the report but does anyone know if the report template could be modified to do this?  Or would a custom report be necessary in order to accomplish?
