Skillsoft Content is failing to communicate with Learning Cloud

Content

Our Skillsoft content is failing to communicate with Learning.   We successfully upload the AICC content package and the course previews as expected.   However, when a user completes the content,  they receive an error that the content cannot communicate with the LMS.   

Any ideas to what is happening?
