Historical assignment changes tracked in OTBI report

Hi

 

Looking for some help regarding the issue below:

 

When reporting on an employees’ record, we cannot see time tracked data in an OTBI report when we make the following updates to an employee record:

 

1. User Person Type e.g. change from Fixed Term Appointment to permanent

2. Manager name

3. Assignment Category

4. FTE changes/ Full time or Part time

5. System Person Type

6. Assignment Status

 

In Person Management when we look at the Assignment History we can see the changes made, however in the report in OTBI (Subject area: Workforce Management: Worker Assignment Event Real Time) we can’t. We built a report to help us track changes. However, what we found when updating an employee record was that the fields mentioned above were overwritten with the most recent changes.
