Looking for recommendations on a streaming video service

We are researching hosted cloud based video delivery solutions. Mostly for on-demand videos but would like the flexibility to go live. The most important thing is being able to white list IPs. We have a call center environment so outside URLs are restricted. I think CDN delivery may not work for us.

We are currently just using the Learn FTP.

What are you using to deliver videos? Have you been able to integrate the service within Learn?
